The Agent Alliance has added Chicago-based Avant Communications to its ranks as a shareholder.
“We are very excited about joining the Alliance,” said Ian Kieninger, CEO and founder of Avant Communications. “There is an immense amount of value within the group’s collective knowledge and industry experience. We want to help the Alliance evolve as a positive advocate within the indirect sales channel, and develop value-added programs and services to meet the needs of its members. The Alliance is on a growth trajectory and we want to be a part of shaping that evolution.”
Bill Power, Agent Alliance CEO, added, “We are thrilled to add Ian to the ranks. We’ve had a specific focus on adding highly sophisticated companies to our membership. Avant is one of the premier operations in the industry and their team’s IT and cloud experience along with their production capabilities will be a valuable asset to the consortium.”
Early next week, the Agent Alliance will meet in Denver for its quarterly Board of Directors meeting, which will include Avant and two other first-time formal participants, the Cloud Taskforce and Fostar Telecommunications, two new members who joined the Alliance earlier this year.
“We recently restructured the Alliance to prepare us for the significant changes that are coming our way,” said Richard Murray, president of CarrierSales.com and Agent Alliance Chairman. “We’re aggressively seeking new partnerships with the right set of providers. Each Alliance shareholder is now responsible for producing under our existing and future provider agreements. We’re expanding services to our shareholders and looking to add a select few new members to the organization.”
