SaaSMAX announced Randy Fahrbach has joined its Executive Leadership Team as Head of Channel Success, effective immediately.
Fahrbach joins SaaSMAX from LogMeIn, where he spent the past several years leading the channel team for SaaS products including GoToWebinar, GoToMeeting and LastPass.
As SaaSMAX’s Head of Channel Success, Fahrbach will lead the sales team in bringing the first data-driven channel partner discovery and insights platform to customers that include growth stage and enterprise B2B tech channel teams.
“It’s an exciting time to join SaaSMAX, especially at this critical time in the channel industry’s evolution. It’s not often that such a unique product and service emerges from within the channel ecosystem that enables channel orgs to work smarter and faster,” said Fahrbach.
“My former team and I were customers and superfans of PartnerOptimizer. By using PartnerOptimizer, we experienced 40 percent conversion rate from PQL (partner-qualified-lead) to signed reseller partner and exceeded our target sales goals by 50 percent. I am incredibly excited to help evangelize PartnerOptimizer and have joined the company to help my fellow channel leaders understand a much better solution to identify, recruit and activate the right partners” he added.
SaaSMAX’s CEO Dina Moskowitz said, “Randy’s extensive breadth of channel skills, channel software knowledge and channel go-to-market experience will bring great value to our customers of PartnerOptimizer. SaaSMAX has a real opportunity to build the very best platform for tech companies that go to market through indirect sales channels, and I’m honored that Randy has decided to join our journey!”
Fahrbach’s experience includes 22 years working in all phases of channel operations, channel account management and channel leadership. He’s been involved in all facets of building and managing referral and reseller partner programs, as well as channel operations for GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar, LastPass, GoToMyPC, LogMeIn Rescue, Bold360, LogMeIn Central, GoToAssist and OutSystems. He also launched the Citrix SaaS and LogMeIn marketplaces for their integration partners.
