Simplicity VoIP and Comtel Communications have announced the expansion of their client services team team with promotions of key team members and the addition of three new staff members.
Lenada Crabb has been promoted to director of client services, while Mike Martin has been named full-time sales engineer. In addition, Patrick Messick was promoted to director of client services for Comtel Communications.
Joey Humphreys, Jr. and Alex Wallace have been hired as a technician-trainers. Darian Ricks has been named a client services representative.
