SolidFire has announced specialization tiers for its Cloud Builder Partner Program, recognizing its partners’ expertise in the areas of Virtualization, OpenStack, Agile Infrastructure and as a Master Cloud Builder.
Under the new incentive, resellers, system integrators and distributors worldwide can earn incentives, receive sales and technical training in key areas, and gain rewards for the impact they have delivering SolidFire’s storage solutions to market.
“Specialization in the cloud storage market has become pivotal as storage requirements continue to become more and more demanding. To better serve their customers in specific areas, our partners want more clarity about our solutions, and we want more focus with and profits for our partners,” said SolidFire’s director of worldwide channels, Gregg Machon. “As we continue to strengthen our channel-centric model, the new tiers provide our partners a more predictable and profitable experience. This is critical as we work together to advance the cloud and ease customers’ transition to the next-generation data center.”
The specialization tiers are available to Cloud Builder partners at the platinum, national and gold level, who have proven advanced knowledge and met stringent requirements that demonstrate their master-level capabilities.
Master Cloud Builder Specialization Partners will have proven capabilities for building and deploying cloud-ready, integrated storage environments, based on SolidFire’s Fueled by SolidFire Program. The Agile Infrastructure, Virtualization and OpenStack specializations are technical skill areas.
“SolidFire’s Master Cloud Builder specialization, based on Fueled by SolidFire, changes the game in how a storage company helps its partners go to market with hosting service providers,” says Jad Jebara, CEO of Tuangru. “The go-to-market, business consulting approach is a perfect extension of how Tuangru approaches our service provider prospects and customers.”
