TreeHouse Relaunches as Impartner PRM

Partner relationship management (PRM) SaaS provider TreeHouse Interactive is relaunching as Impartner, and introducing a partner portal solution that can be deployed in 30 days.

The Impartner PRM solution features highly engineered steps that help companies choose, purchase and deploy advanced PRM technology in four weeks. The company is changing its name to Impartner from TreeHouse Interactive as a reflection of the partner portal and PRM’s key role in imparting critical information to partners, it said.

“PRM today is where the CRM industry was five years ago a technological differentiator that companies could use to grow sales through indirect channels,” said Impartner CEO Joe Wang. “Today, the CRM playing field has been leveled. When it comes to differentiating your business with partners, the new battleground is PRM. With the launch of Impartner PRM, we’ve made the process so simple, so quick, so non-disruptive and so cost effective, we’ve removed the majority of the barriers that have kept companies from making the transformation and truly being able to optimize their partner relationships.”

Forrester Research analyst Tim Harmon said that partners regularly report that the transacting business element of their vendor relationships is the most burdensome to them and is the one thing that causes them to shift their investments and wallet share to other vendors. “Given that partners closely associate ease of doing business with your channel IT systems, if your partner loyalty is waning, it’s time to reinvest in a more robust, modern PRM capability,” he said.

The Impartner PRM solution provides a Web portal for partner management, onboarding, deal registration and partner performance analytics. The portal is customizable with company logos, multiple design layouts and content. Six additional modules are also available, including market development funds (MDF) management and co-branded marketing.
