Star2Star Nabs Innovation Award

Star2Star Communications’ StarCenter contact center has been named as a 2015 TMC Labs Innovation Award winner.

StarCenter, available via the companny’s channel partners, is a complete inbound contact center exclusively for Star2Star’s unified communications system. StarCenter offers advanced call routing, managemen, and reporting features, and is scalable from a few users to hundreds of users, and it operates seamlessly across multiple locations. The simple, web-based user interface makes it easy to add and administer queues and agents.

“We designed StarCenter to provide cost-effective, big-company incoming call handling for smaller companies with limited IT staff,” said Graham Potter, chief product officer. “We recently made significant improvements to our Web-based call monitoring and reporting features, and these improvements have been very well received by our users.”
