IT management platform SuperOps has launched SuperOps for IT Teams, an AI-native unified endpoint management platform. With a built-in helpdesk and the addition of Cross-OS mobile device management (MDM) for iOS, iPadOS and Android, SuperOps now integrates desktops, laptops, servers and mobile devices into a single, connected system, “providing agentic AI with the context it needs to automate IT operations with confidence,” the company said.
“Our vision has always been to build the first IT operating system truly designed for the AI era,” said Arvind Parthiban, co-founder and CEO of SuperOps. “We’ve been in IT management for over two decades. Most IT platforms today are stitched together or outdated, making AI an afterthought. We built SuperOps for IT as one system from the ground up because AI without context is just guesswork. With every endpoint unified, IT teams can finally unlock automation that works, not just copilots that suggest.”
The launch comes at a time when hybrid work, BYOD policies and device sprawl have led to critical systems being isolated in silos. Traditional IT tools can be fragmented and overly complex, thus forcing lean IT teams to juggle disconnected platforms. “Even as teams gear up to adopt AI, bolted-on copilots can’t act across silos, leaving staff to manually connect the dots, resulting in slower resolutions, higher compliance risk and exhausted teams,” company officials said.
SuperOps is addressing these challenges by unifying endpoint management and service delivery into one operating system for IT. The platform brings together a help desk, knowledge base, automation, patching, compliance and remote access with visibility across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and servers. Consolidating workflows and powering them with agentic AI is intended to allow IT professionals to focus less on putting out fires and more on strategic impact, the company said.
As a single solution, every module on SuperOps for IT runs on the same architecture and data model, “so context flows seamlessly: Tickets know the device, MDM knows the user, and AI knows it all,” officials said.
The platform is available worldwide.
