TBI Adds CableFinder to OnDemand Platform

TBI, a technology brokerage firm, announces the addition of CableFinder’s selling and serviceability tools to its OnDemand application. CableFinder automates the multiple manual processes required to facilitate a B2B cable service order for providers such as Comcast Business, Spectrum Business and Enterprise, Cox Business, Altice USA, WOW! And Viasat.

CableFinder’s platform combines a serviceability portal, quote application and contract generation portal into one unified application, improving the ease of doing business with a cable company, along with providing partners a competitive advantage.

Through automation, CableFinder determines the serviceability for hundreds of addresses in minutes, meaning it can qualify serviceability and provide specifics on facility types (coax, fiber) for multiple MSOs.

“Our partnership with TBI exemplifies the commitment both organizations have in providing a seamless cable sales experience. TBI’s selling partners will gain efficiencies by leveraging CableFinder, allowing them to focus on revenue generation rather than operational processes. We are here to support the TBI team and look forward to a prosperous relationship,” said CableFinder’s Vice President of Strategic Alliances Jeff Pratt.

“TBI’s partnership with CableFinder adds two new, highly sought-after providers to our auto-quoting portfolio and replaces one existing connection; our auto-quoting portfolio now consists of 20 providers. Adding CableFinder to OnDemand is just the first step into the next phase of our platform strategy, which is auto-generated paperwork,” said TBI’s Director of Artificial and Business Intelligence David Cullum.

CableFinder is now available for all TBI partners who are registered in their OnDemand application. If interested in registering for an OnDemand account, please visit https://www.tbicom.com/resources/tbi-ondemand/.
