TBI Names Sandler Vet as Midwest Channel Manager

Master agency TBI has added Kim Rusch, formerly of Sandler Partners/X4 Solutions, as a channel manager supporting agents in the Midwest.

Rusch will focus on development and growth strategies through provider-agnostic training, technical support and sales-enablement resources for agents in Illinois, Wisconsin and Indiana.

“Kim brings extensive experience within the channel space to TBI and a sense of dedication in developing close-knit, trusted relationships with every agent,” said Marco Sanchez, TBI director of sales. “We’re thrilled to have her join our team, and I’m confident she will resonate well within TBI’s agent community.”

Prior to joining TBI, Rusch spent nine years as Midwest-area vice president for Sandler/X4 Solutions. While there, she focused on growth, development and customer retention strategies with her agents.

During her free time, Kim sits on the board of The Lazy Volunteers and helps support other organizations, including Ronald McDonald House and New Moms.

“I’m really excited to join TBI,” said Rusch. “The resources TBI has in place to help our partners grow their businesses is unprecedented in our industry. From sales-enablement tools to vendor-agnostic training and white-glove support, TBI is truly ahead of the curve.”
