Telarus Hires Nikki Day as Senior Partner Development Manager of New England

Telarus has hired industry veteran Nikki Day as Senior Partner Development Manager of New England.

In this role, Day will help existing Telarus channel partners expand their UCaaS, SD-WAN, cybersecurity, and contact center practices, as well as recruit new partners. Day comes to Telarus with sixteen years of technology sales experience with marquee providers of cloud infrastructure services.

“We are excited to welcome Nikki to our Northeast Partner Development team,” said Joe Galluzzi, Regional VP of the Northeast, for Telarus. “Nikki is a seasoned industry veteran who understands how to attract top-selling partners and open their minds to all of the unique tools and resources Telarus provides for them to grow their cybersecurity, contact center, network, and UCaaS practices. With her prior experience at Comptel Group, Comcast Business, and One Communications (now part of Windstream), we’ve witnessed her unique ability exceed growth targets with her responsiveness, attention to detail, and thorough understanding of today’s communication technology. She’ll be a huge asset for our agent partners in the fast-growing markets of Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine.”

During her career, Day has held several roles within the direct and indirect channel, specializing in the development of new sales reps. In this capacity, Day has directly and indirectly sold and supported cloud computing services, SD-WAN, and UCaaS opportunities, giving her the experience required to deliver exceptional guidance to VAR, telco agents, and technology sales partners looking to expand their cloud and contact center practices.

“Telarus has a sixteen-year track record of being a leader within the master agent community, not a ‘me-too’ organization, and I’m proud to be a part of it,” said Day. “With Telarus’ recent acquisition of CarrierSales, the amount of expertise in cybersecurity, contact center, mobility, colo, and cloud is unparalleled. Add to that Telarus’ patented real-time quoting system, fiber map lookup app for iPhone, free network monitoring, hosted voice monitoring, UCaaS, and SD-WAN product matrices, and demand generation technology, and I’ll have plenty to talk about when I meet with new and existing partners in the Boston area. I have already met many Telarus partners and am very excited to help them unleash their growth potential using all the 160 providers in our portfolio as well as the many SME and software assets Telarus has built and purchased over the past decade and a half. I’m looking forward to the opportunity to help New England partners expand beyond their traditional product lines, so they can benefit from the opportunities that Cloud represents.”

Nikki Day will be meeting with partners in Boca Raton, FL at the upcoming 2018 Telarus Partner Xchange (June 19-22) and at the Telarus Innovation Conference in Newport, Rhode Island (July 12).
