Telarus Hires Solution Sales Director

Master agent Telarus has hired Ken Barrios as a director of solution sales.

Barrios will leverage his 12 years of experience as a regional channel manager for tw telecom and later Level 3 Communications to work with Telarus partners who need full service assistance designing, proposing, selling, and/or project managing large and complex network and hosted voice sales.

Telarus said that since it created the solution sales as a service (SSaaS) program under LaVon Edwards in 2014, it has seen an uptick in the percent of large deals our partners close, as well as an increased demand for this type of service.

“Underneath our solution sales directors we have built a team of senior support specialists who magnify and deepen the impact our SSaaS program has on our partner’s complex and enterprise sales funnels,” said Bryce Hayes, SVP of operations for Telarus. “This ‘swat’ team includes TEM specialists, network engineers, project managers, and customer account managers.
