TELEHOUSE has launched its line of Thunderbird Router Servers within the New York International Internet Exchange (NYIIX).
“Adding Thunderbird to our NYIIX serves as another prime example of ways Telehouse is constantly looking to improve,” said Akio Sugeno, vice president of Internet engineering, operations and business development at TELEHOUSE America. “We are confident that our current and future members will find this upgrade beneficial to their overall NYIIX peering experience.”
The news comes on the heels of the announcement that Telehouse Europe and Spire Healthcare have partnered to deliver a centralized ICT infrastructure that adapts to the changing needs to the individual communities it serves, with an initial IPO at over $1 billion.
