TeleMate.Net Software has introduced the Universal UC Analytic solution for unified communications analytics.
TeleMate can provide intelligence across voice, video, IM/presence, contact centers and other data network systems, including providing visibility into blended Cisco, Microsoft, Polycom, Acano, Vidyo, Avaya and Unify deployments. The idea is to provide both high-level and granular visibility into how the technology is being used, adoption rates, quality of experience and the impact on the network.
