Teo Technologies has announced a special program designed to aid Toshiba Telecom resellers evaluating their options in response to Toshiba’s sudden market exit.
“The news of Toshiba’s decision to exit the market was as surprising to us as it was to much of their reseller network,” said Thomas Beck, director of marketing and business development for Teo. “We work with several Toshiba resellers who joined Teo prior to this announcement. They’ve offered plenty of feedback regarding the ease of transition from Toshiba to Teo. Teo’s program includes: Complimentary online sales training, complimentary online technical training and certifications, complimentary cloud demo instance, complimentary PC/Mac and iOS/Android UC apps, a reduced price endpoint demo starter package, bottom-line price matching on all outstanding customer proposals, and special system change-out pricing to support installed customers looking to make a transition.
“We had been a Toshiba Telecom reseller for 32 years, and had a feeling change was coming. When we learned about Teo, we made the switch,” said Mike Doherty, operations manager at ATC Voice Data. “Since the news broke, I have been speaking with other resellers I have known for years, sharing that the transition to Teo was a very easy one. Teo has similar all-in-one design approaches, with the added benefit of a more comprehensive portfolio.”
