TPx Adds Kleinman and Stuchell to Channel Management Team

TPx has added Victoria Kleinman and Susan Stuchell to its fast-growing team of channel managers. Kleinman, who is based in Orlando, Fla., and Stuchell, who is based in Miami, will support partners in Florida.

“Victoria and Suzy are excellent channel managers who have strong relationships with partners in Florida who are poised to sell more TPx services as their clients increasingly adopt UC and managed services solutions,” said Shawn Day, Vice President of Channel Sales – TPx East. “They have the skill set and drive to be effective advocates for TPx partners and their clients, and to grow the Florida market for us. We’re really excited to have them on our team.”

Kleinman has many years of industry experience in channel management, sales, training and technical advisory on cloud solutions, managed networks and security services. Prior to joining TPx, she held positions at Nextiva, TBI, EarthLink and Evolve IP. Based in Orlando, she will be responsible for recruiting, training, onboarding, and managing and supporting partners in the central, northeastern and panhandle regions of Florida.

“I was referred to TPx by a former co-worker who spoke very highly of the company and upon doing further research and speaking to other colleagues, I decided to relocate to Orlando for this position and the opportunity to work for such a great and reputable company,” said Kleinman. “TPx has unique offerings in its UCx and SD-WAN solutions as well as its support, and I’m truly enjoying playing a role in its expansion and working with partners in the Florida market to win more business and grow revenue together.”

Stuchell has more than 20 years of experience in channel management, business development and solution sales. She has managed, recruited, trained and supported partners for numerous companies, including Charter Communications, Windstream and AT&T, among others. Based in Miami, she will work with partners in Southern Florida.

“Being an integral part of building a channel for a company with TPx’s capabilities and channel friendly heritage is a unique and exciting opportunity that I couldn’t pass up,” said Stuchell. “Partners are looking to align with a company that can deliver best-in-class UCaaS but also managed services, SD-WAN and connectivity all on one bill. As a true national managed services provider, TPx does that and more, and is a welcome new presence among partners in the Southeast.”

TPx now employs three dozen channel managers across the U.S. to assist partners with selling its increasingly popular portfolio of unified communications, managed IT and managed security services.

TPx also recently realigned its service provisioning organization to create an exclusive team dedicated to processing service orders, installations and escalations for TPx’s agent partners and their clients nationwide.
