Two New Jabra Products to Enhance Your Portfolio

Jabra’s 2020 portfolio features two high end devices that are certain to capture customers’ attention.

First there is the PanaCast camera, a product that Jabra unveiled in 2019. The PanaCast can plug into any computer via USB, providing high quality conferencing without the need to download drivers.

This lightweight, highly portable conferencing camera was engineered to be the world’s first 4K plug-and-play video solution offering 180-degree panoramic vision. The camera features three lenses, and uses artificial intelligence to intelligently respond to the surrounding environment. It’s ideal for huddle rooms, and teams of four or five people.

Take a closer look at the device, too, and you’ll see that it’s much more than just a camera. That’s because Jabra’s developers introduced an open API that allows the device to connect with software—allowing businesses to gain greater visibility and control over their environments.

In one example, a business could use the API to link to a third party scheduling program that books meeting rooms. The cameras could scan meeting rooms looking for open areas that are not in use. The cameras would then transfer data to the scheduling platform, allowing workers to book appointments rather than waste time manually searching for meeting spaces.

The other product that Jabra is highlighting right now is the Elite 85h Wireless Noise Cancelling headphones which feature SmartSound audio.

These headphones allow users to personalize their sound experience for different situations using the Jabra Sound+ app, which is compatible for both iPhone and Android. SmartSound enables an audio experience that’s perfectly suited to the user’s surrounding area.

This product also has customizable music settings, and purpose-built speakers for exceptional music clarity. They also come with an embedded microphone for easy calling, along with wind noise reduction and crystal clear audio.  And they can connect to Amazon Alexa, Siri, and Google Assistant.
