United Fiber & Data (UFD) has launched its Agent Alliance program, looking for channel partners to sell UFD access to fiber-based business continuity and disaster recovery solutions to customers along paths between New York City and Washington, D.C.
UFD’s partners will be able to deliver colocation, dark and lit fiber solutions with private-network access to major peering points and data center infrastructure.

UFD’s partners and agents have access to a support system, which includes training, sales assistance and marketing resources. Partners and agents will also receive incentives for delivering new customer relationships. It also offers compensation options to its partners, which include referral bonuses or agent residuals on dark and lit fiber services. UFD lit fiber services will debut in early 2014.
