Business intelligence specialist Verint Systems has announced its 2014 Channel Partners of the Year.
The 2014 Partner of the Year was awarded to Sound Communications, an Ohio-based organization founded in 1983 that offers voice and data recording solutions, and combines these platforms with enhancements such as quality monitoring, speech analytics and workforce management. It also provides security solutions to a wide range of customers.

SBM Electronics meanwhile has been named the 2014 Public Safety Partner of the Year. SBM is a Pennsylvania-based provider of sales and service for audio capture and recording solutions, with coverage across Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Ohio and Maryland. It also received the 2014 Quality Award, which acknowledges its close collaboration with Verint to meet the needs of a diverse client base.
