Wildix, a UCaaS provider known for its 100 percent channel-first model, concluded its first Sales Academy. This immersive experience equips partners with practical resources to excel in today’s sales environment.
The Academy is the first rollout under Wildix’s Sales Elevate Lab enablement platform, aimed at transforming how partners sell UC&C. The inaugural Nashville event gathered dozens of partners across North America for two days of hands-on training, built specifically for the channel.
The academy immediately yielded results for Liberty Communications, which closed an agreement for a Wildix installation after using strategies from the academy.
Unlike conventional sales programs, the academy was built to close the gap between learning and doing. The curriculum, led by chief sales officer, Alberto Benigno, integrates insight from various sources, tailored toward how partners actually sell.
“What stood out most wasn’t just the content, it was the energy in the room,” said Benigno. “You could see partners leaning in, challenging each other and turning shared experiences into new ideas. The role plays sparked honest conversations, and the ‘aha’ moments were everywhere, partners literally shifting their mindset in real time.”
Wildix will continue to expand and evolve the program, collaborating with partners to develop new modules that address real-world challenges across prospecting, vertical selling and customer retention.
