Wildix Launches Sales Elevate Lab To Empower UC&C Success

UCaaS company Wildix launched Sales Elevate Lab, the first-ever training program specifically designed to empower sales teams in mastering UC&C sales. This new program is open to all sales teams, whether existing Wildix partners or not, delivering expertise to excel in today’s fast-paced, evolving market.

Wildix’s channel-only approach ensures that the Sales Elevate Lab benefits the broader sales community, setting itself apart from traditional vendors who often focus on internal teams. The program delivers cost-effective, actionable solutions that help sales professionals address buyer journeys, empowering them to thrive and drive success.

Program highlights include:

  • Sales Academy, a two-day immersive training session open to all MSPs, Sis and Wildix partners. The Sales Academy walks participants through the sales cycle, from prospecting to service delivery, using real-world scenarios to ensure immediate, practical application.
  • Mastery Lab, a 12-month exclusive mentorship program for top-performing partners, featuring ongoing one-on-one support from Wildix’s leadership team. This extension offers bi-weekly strategic sessions, deal guidance and marketing insight, keeping partners aligned with success-driven values and goals.

The  Sales Elevate Lab will be led by company CSO, Alberto Benigno, whose career includes roles with Oracle and LinkedIn. It will draw upon industry methodologies – such as the ValueSelling framework – and incorporates insight that is inspired by research and strategies. This approach provides participants with actionable tools to succeed in an evolving market while gaining alignment with industry best practices.
