World Wide Technology (WWT) has signed on as a reseller with enterprise video market leader VBrick Systems to deliver streaming and video management capabilities to customers worldwide.
“As our video practice and Cisco business expands at a tremendous pace, and Cisco places more emphasis on collaboration, it’s essential that WWT partner with a company that can deliver a broadcast-quality video experience – and VBrick is undoubtedly that partner,” said Joe Berger, manager of WWT’s Collaboration Practice.
“We are pleased to form an alliance with VBrick, whose Rev solution provides video management, webcasting and recording in a secure cloud environment,” Berger continued. “Throughout a number of joint engagements with WWT accounts, Rev has proven to be very effective at driving customer acceptance, license revenue and large-scale services engagements. We look forward to VBrick accelerating our growing video and collaboration business.”
The VBrick Rev enterprise video platform rounds out WWT’s collaboration suite, with HD live webcasting, a searchable video on demand (VOD) portal and built-in video distribution capabilities.
“VBrick is excited to add WWT to its own growing list of allied partners and authorized resellers,” said Stefan Schober, vice president of business development for VBrick. “WWT and VBrick share a commitment to responding to the needs of our customers and staying ahead of the market by delivering continuous enhancements to our enterprise video capabilities.”
