XO Communications has launched new features on its self-service portal, myXO.
The upgraded portal enables XO customers to order new services and modify existing services online. XO has also enhanced the security of customer data through an optional two-factor authentication functionality. myXO also revamped its intuitive user interface design to make it easier for customers to monitor and manage their XO services and to better leverage all of the other capabilities of the portal.
“Increasing customer productivity through enhanced digital tools is a high-priority for XO,” said Jake Heinz, senior vice president of marketing and product at XO Communications. “With myXO, customers can request additions or modifications to services and send secure messages online at a convenient time, enabling them to remain focused on other important tasks.”
The new portal design also simplifies customer access to invoices, billing records and payment information, while improving access to expanded network and service information. Finally, optional two-factor authentication is available for customers to add another layer of protection for their service and configuration information.
