Telarus has partnered with EPIC Connections, which provides contact center consulting, to provide sales expertise to its network of 2,000+ cloud and telecom agents.

The partnership creates the ability for agents to engage with EPIC for contact center opportunities through Telarus’ proprietary subject matter expert (SME) platform.
