Hosted unified communications provider ANPI has hired customer experience expert Marc Klemp as vice president of customer operations.
Klemp is a 25-year telecom veteran. He joins ANPI from Masergy Communications, where he was the director of global service delivery, responsible for implementation of managed services to multinational customers. Prior to Masergy, Klemp spent nine years at XO Communications and 13 years with MCI.
“Marc brings an incredible level of efficiency to our organization,” said ANPI COO Randy Lemmo. “He has a background in the development of systems, system automation and leveraging technology to help everyone at ANPI deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.”
In his new role, Klemp will be driving process and systems enhancements to bring greater efficiency to core functions within the company, with the goal of continually improving the overall customer experience.
