BullsEye Promotes Vilas Uchil to VP of Technology and Engineering

BullsEye Telecom has promoted Vilas Uchil to the position of vice president of technology and engineering.

Uchil was previously BullsEye’s director of network engineering. In this new role, Uchil is responsible for all of BullsEye’s technical platforms as well as the company’s engineering and development efforts.

Additionally, platform reliability and incorporating — the latest technologies into customer solutions —  will be major elements of Uchil’s expanded role.

“Over the course of Vilas’ nearly 5 years at BullsEye, he has brought an enhanced level of discipline and management that has led to the growth of his team and the continued evolvement of a highly reliable network,” said Tom Tisko, chief operating officer of BullsEye Telecom. “Vilas’ focus on product development and support, combined with his customer-centric approach, are the perfect embodiments of how BullsEye aims to position itself in the marketplace.”

Uchil’s promotion also demonstrates the company’s commitment to more closely aligning data engineering, voice engineering, software development, security, and infrastructure and server support in order to foster tighter collaboration of technical resources for BullsEye’s customers, partners and internal teams. With this realignment, Uchil will have the opportunity to positively impact software development and IT resources.
