tw telecom has announced that Converged Network Services Group (CNSG) is the company’s first master agent to achieve $1 million milestones in sales bookings and monthly billed revenue.
“tw telecom’s indirect program is relatively new compared to older established programs offered by incumbents and competitors,” said Dale Kammerich, president of indirect sales for tw telecom. “Given that our program was launched in 2010, reaching these $1 million milestones in less than four years is a significant achievement by CNSG.”
tw telecom made several enhancements to its pricing tool in 2013 that improved overall ease of use in gaining access to product information and quoting tools, according to Kammerich.
“A growing number of CNSG agents used these enhancements to gain immediate access to product, promotion and pricing information for tw telecom products and services,” Kammerich said. “Specific enhancements made it easier to access the quote history and address cache, validate multi-year pricing terms, and offer flex discounting. Additional enhancements are planned for 2014.”
