CarrierSales offers a practice for its sales partners that is solely dedicated to the complex software environment of the contact center, including Five9’s cloud-based offering.
“As more and more enterprises are moving their contact center technology to the cloud, we are proud to partner with teams such as CarrierSales, enabling our partners to provide our industry leading cloud-based contact center solution,” Dan Burkland, EVP, Global Sales & Services, Five9.
“Five9 really leaned into us when they re-launched their channel program and this accolade is further evidence that they are gaining traction with our partner base,” said Richard Murray, president of CarrierSales. “Partners across the country are coming to CarrierSales because of our expertise in the contact center space. It’s important that we build strong relationships with the leading providers in the Gartner Magic Quadrant and we feel we have just that with Five9. I’m proud of our team, partners, and the support at Five9 for helping us collectively achieve this accomplishment.”
Karen Bowman of Five9 will be participating in CarrierSales’ sold-out panel during the Channel Partners show in Las Vegas this week. Last year, its contact center panel set a Channel Partners attendance record for the largest panel held by a master agent.
“We feel we are just starting to hit our stride with Five9,” said Ray Hicken, VP, Sales, CarrierSales. “I really see a bright future between our two companies as partners are looking for a home for a full and robust call center solution. The team at Five9 have been responsive and very engaged with our partner community. I know 2017 will be our best year yet with them and I look forward to bringing this accomplishment home for the second year in a row.”
