Integra Earns Vet Biz Designation

Integra Networks, a provider of fiber optic transceivers and network components for cable, telephone and enterprise companies, has announced its verification as a Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs’ Center for Veterans Enterprise. As such, Integra Networks has been added to the veteran business database at www.vip.vetbiz.gov.

This designation allows the company to expand its reach and compete for government procurement opportunities, as well as other options exclusively reserved for veteran-owned small businesses.

“The team at Integra Networks is very proud to be awarded this verification, and we look forward to continued success in bringing innovative solutions to our business partners,” said Sarah Beach, marketing director at the company. “We are thankful for the recognition by the Department of Veterans Affairs of all small business owners who served our country, and greatly appreciate companies who choose to recognize this designation by doing business with a VOSB.”

A large percentage of Integra employees are veterans.

“As Integra Networks gets ready for tomorrow today, we prepare ourselves for the next wave of innovation through the recruitment of quality trained technicians and engineers, many of whom are veterans; supporting the company’s commitment to delivering a balance of experience, career knowledge and the encouragement of veteran employment,” Beach added.
