Knack Systems has completed the acquisition of Bridge-X Technologies, a company providing B2B e-commerce and sales solutions for medium to large wholesale businesses. Bridge-X solutions are used by consumer products, retail, apparel and footwear, oil and gas, industrial machinery and components companies.
With the acquisition of Bridge-X, Knack will be able to expand on its existing e-commerce services, strengthen its digital transformation capabilities, and offer its customers end-to-end solutions for every touch-point between a company, its channel partners, and customers.
