Enterprise conversational and generative AI platform technology provider Kore.ai rolled out the Experience Optimization (XO) platform v11.0. This release provides capabilities to drive AI business interactions across a range of use cases, including customer, agent and search experiences.
The enhancements are designed to help businesses more quickly put AI to work, providing advanced automation capabilities to allow enterprises to generate optimal conversational experiences.

- Multi-LLM generative AI, for orchestrating multiple LLM models that best fit the use case and scenario for a more human-like, generative AI experience.
- XO GPT models, which support more human-like conversations through paraphrasing, summarization and understanding true user intents. Leverage lighter, faster and less expensive models, fine-tuned for CX conversational use cases.
- Advanced retrieval augmented generation (RAG), to provide relevant content discovery using company assets and enable custom extraction strategies, enhanced data management and tailored chunking options.
- Outbound campaigns, to automate proactive voice outreach to customers using an agentless dialer for messages, collections and reminders.
- Agent assistance, providing human agents with real-time coaching through guided instructions and playbooks.
