LogMeIn has unveiled updates and integrations for its GoToMeeting product.
New partnerships and integrations have been added to the recently launched GoTo Marketplace, with GoTo expanding the ecosystem of its offerings with Microsoft Teams integrations. Users can now quickly and easily launch GoToMeeting and GoToConnect from within the Teams environment.
GoTo has also added an integration with Docebo, a learning management solution for businesses. With Docebo and GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar or GoToTraining businesses can combine the tools to provide enterprise learning and development experiences with the ease and simplicity of GoTo’s video conferencing, webinar or training platforms. Admins now have the option to enable GoTo products for running training and learning sessions through their LMS.
In addition to the new Microsoft Teams and Docebo integrations, GoToMeeting now offers plug-ins for Office365 and Google Calendar. GoToMeeting has also updated their platform to ensure high-quality audio connections over both VoIP and POTS lines. Enhancements include noise suppression, improved audio during poor network conditions, and new toll-free and “call me” options.
With the surge in remote working, LogMeIn is working to ensure the experience of its video, voice, remote access and remote IT support products are as secure and reliable as possible. GoToMeeting users can rely on LogMeIn’s business continuity plan to ensure all product and operations teams remain fully functional even while working remote. Uses can also leverage secure content sharing, and locks and passwords to protect meetings.
All tiers of GoToMeeting include security features such as SSL encryption, AES-256 bit encryption, a SOC2 certified data Ccenter, RBA, and HIPAA readiness.
