Corero Network Security has appointed Carl Herberger (pictured) as its new CEO Designate, effective immediately. According to RTTNews, the DDoS protection solutions provider said that this post will take immediate effect. Herberger will also join the Board of Directors on January 1, 2024.
Upon becoming a director, Jens Montanana will reportedly become non-executive chair.
It was noted that Herberger has 20+ years of experience in IT and cybersecurity, and is a former employee with Verinext Solutions, CyberSheath Services International and Radware.
