Master agent Telarus has signed on to distribute Jive Communications hosted VoIP and unified communications solutions via its base of 2,000+ independent sales partners.
“Just like Telarus, who doesn’t use ‘off the shelf’ CRM or pricing systems to provide information to our partners, Jive has made an enormous investment in developing their own hosted VoIP platform,” said Paula McKinnon, vice president of supplier management for Telarus. “Their continued innovations on the user interface and automated provisioning tools are what makes them so attractive in the commercial, education, and public sectors. Our partners will be able to provide value to a vast new audience with Jive in their back pocket.”
Jive, whose hosted services run on Jive Cloud, a proprietary service delivery platform based on open standards, plans to support Telarus’ sales efforts by providing local, in-market sales resources that will be available to consult, coach and educate Telarus partners on the benefits of selling Jive. Additional Jive materials will also be made available to partners through the Telarus back office site.
