BCN Deploys Military Vet Hiring Strategy

BCN Telecom has teamed with Military Talent Source LLC a specialized firm that conducts military recruiting and veteran employment consulting, to source and retain qualified candidates for the BCN team.

“Our partnership with Military Talent Source continues our company’s long tradition of supporting the military and veterans in both our employee base as well as through our charitable activities,” said Richard Boudria Jr., BCN president and CEO. “Prior to his business career, our founder and chairman, Richard Boudria [Sr.] served honorably in the Unites States Marine Corps. and was awarded the Vietnam Service Medal with campaign star and other citations for service in the Vietnam War. He left the Marine Corps. at the rank of captain.”

BCN has engaged the team at Military Talent Source to facilitate the growth the company anticipates in 2018, based on year-over-year performance and expanded partner engagement.
