Bicom Systems Announces Two Partnerships

Bicom Systems has announced a new partnership with the Maynard Group.

The Maynard Group began in 1991 as an interconnect company and eventually grew into a profitable telephony provider. Since partnering with Bicom Systems, the company has expanded to offer cloud, VoIP, UC and mobility solutions for a variety of industries such as hospitality, restaurants, retail and healthcare.

Dean Maynard, founder and president of the Maynard Group, launched the company while he was in high school with a focus on the entertainment industry. Since gaining their first client, rapper Vanilla Ice, the company has been growing rapidly. With growth comes challenges and this is where partnering with Bicom Systems has helped immensely.

The Maynard Group was feeling the pressure to add new technologies like the cloud, but their previous PBX provider did not offer the innovation needed to excel. So, the Maynard Group began updating their product models and searching for a partner that could help them expand and provide full support for the cloud. Partnering with an experienced cloud provider, Bicom Systems, took the Maynard Group to the next level.

By connecting with Bicom Systems, the Maynard Group is able to stay ahead of the competition and remain innovative while benefiting from low switching costs.

“[Bicom] products have boosted customer loyalty and overall customer spend with us,” Maynard said.

Bicom Systems Partners with STL

Bicom Systems has also announced a partnership with Sky’s The Limit (STL), an Illinois-based managed services provider.

STL did not have all of the tools and technologies they needed to grow with their previous vendor, so they reached out to Bicom Systems. Bicom Systems assisted in their growth and expansion.

STL also launched in 1991 as a telephony service provider. With a focus on innovation, the company quickly grew into a managed services provider. Today, as a Bicom Systems partner, STL offers state-of-the-art cloud, voice and staffing solutions to small and medium sized businesses.

According to Bicom Systems, STL’s previous vendor did not offer the functionality or stability they needed to grow as expected. Bicom Systems came as a recommendation to STL and, since partnering, Bicom Systems has provided the tools to increase their levels of growth and development in many ways. This partnership between STL and Bicom Systems has given STL the ability to adopt and expand in ways they were not able with other providers.

Justin Lightfoot, data center manager at STL, especially enjoys that “the support team either has an immediate answer or gets in touch with the engineers and finds a solution.”

The team at STL also enjoys that they did not have to obtain any hardware or host the system themselves. If you want to hear more on STL’s partnership with Bicom Systems, read the case study.
