DoControl Announces Integration with Google Workspace Labels

SaaS security solutions provider DoControl announced an integration agreement with Google Workspace Labels.

This partnership will specifically allow Google customers to more easily discover, understand and protect sensitive data that is stored in Google Drive. Specifically, the integration will help catalog Google DLP, vault and self-service labels across My Drive and Shared Drive. By aggregating Google Labels, HRIS/IDP metadata and end-user activity, DoControl can provide the context needed to protect sensitive data, mitigate insider threats and stop data breaches.

“Traditional DLP solutions scan for Personal Identifiable Information (PII) and expect security teams to remediate without any business context,” said Adam Gavish, the co-founder and CEO of DoControl. “DoControl helps security teams become business enablers, by injecting critical context into the DLP play to ensure all sensitive data is not compromised without slowing down business enablement.”

DoControl’s platform supports file storage, collaboration and communication SaaS applications with the likes of Google Drive, Sharepoint, OneDrive, Slack, Salesforce, Box and more.
