Intermedia is adding a tiered structure to its partner program for its 12,000 managed services providers, VARs and other channel companies that provide cloud services to SMB customers, now classifying them as Gold, Silver or Registered. It has also launched a revamped Partner Sales Portal.
Each partner level comes with a range of benefits, including special incentives, increased levels of support, and improved tools and resources delivered through the portal.
“As our suite of cloud services continues to grow rapidly, we’re increasing partner support, sales and marketing tools, training and demand generation resources,” said Michael Gold, president of Intermedia. “These new enhancements to our partner program are specifically designed to keep pace with our expanding portfolio of cloud services.”
Intermedia’s resellers have access to a suite of Microsoft-heavy cloud services — including Hosted Exchange, Cloud Server, Hosted PBX, Lync, file sharing and syncing, back-up, security and more – that they can white-label and provide under their own brand. Partners control billing, bundling the customer relationships.
The new portal gives Intermedia’s partners’ sales and marketing teams easy access to a range of resources, including on-demand Webinars, educational documents and white-label materials to help partners generate leads and close deals. To complement Intermedia’s 24×7 phone support, partners can access their Intermedia partner sales representatives through live-chat and request call-back functionality within the portal.
