LiveAction, the leader in network performance management, has acquired CounterFlow AI, a leading network detection and response (NDR) provider.
This acquisition will enable LiveAction’s current and future end customers and channel partners with a unified network performance monitoring and diagnostics (NPMD) platform that incorporates encrypted traffic analysis for security incident detection and response.
The combined platform will streamline previously siloed network operations (NetOps) and security operations (SecOps) workflows, using common data, platform integration and improved visualization to increase the speed and efficiency with which organizations manage network and security events.
Upon closing the acquisition, LiveAction’s immediate focus will be product development and integration, as well as communications with its global community of partners and customers to highlight the vision and benefits of unified NPMD and NDR in its newly expanded portfolio.
