Lookout Integrates AI Chatbot Into Partner Platform

Data-centric cloud security company Lookout integrated an advanced, AI-driven chatbot by Embrace.ai into its Lookout partner hub portal. This addition is designed to streamline access to essential sales resources and boost efficiency for alliance, technology integration, channel and MSSP partners.

The Lookout partner hub, which is based on Impartner’s partner relationship management (PRM) solution, provides channel partners with streamlined, transparent access to sales and support resources. Through the portal, they can register and view deal opportunities, find key documents to support prospect and customer conversations and stay updated on latest news and product updates. The portal also extends access to the Lookout Partner Academy, where they can complete sales and pre-sales online training courses to become “Lookout qualified.”

The integration of Embrace.ai’s advanced Expert Virtual Assistant (EVA) chatbot is expected to elevate the partner experience by offering an intuitive, intelligent interface for accessing critical information such as sales and marketing resources. It supports:

  • Personalized interactions, by integrating conversational AI into the Lookout partner hub.
  • Streamlined resource access, whereby partners can query in their preferred language to get answers from a library of materials, including thought leadership articles, solution briefs, battle cards and marketing campaigns.
