Reinvent Telecom Enables Resellers to Deliver Wildix UC as a Service

Reinvent Telecom announced today it can enable resellers of Wildix Inc.’s platform to quickly deliver PBX and UC capabilities “as a service” to their business customers under their own brand through a turnkey support package.

Reinvent’s Wildix White-label support package includes Wildix-certified SIP trunking services plus private-label billing and taxation services required to deliver Wildix as a subscription-based service.

“Reinvent is offering a unique value proposition for Wildix resellers to position the WebRTC communications platform as a service under their own brand without the heavy lifting of monthly billing,” said David Ansehl, senior channel manager for Reinvent.

To support this new package, Reinvent recently certified that its SIP trunking services are compatible with the Wildix PBX platform for on-premises, “as-a-service” or hybrid deployments.

“Wildix recently executed certification testing with Reinvent and published the successful results and associated configuration,” said Jerry Browne, support and technical assistance manager at Wildix. “Turn up of the Reinvent SIP trunk was quick and simple with no issues. No special configuration is required on the Wildix trunk, making it a standard and fully functional SIP trunk connection.”

Uniquely, Wildix PBX integrates WebRTC for direct audio and video communications support in the web browser without the need for software installation or VPN configuration.

Reinvent’s turnkey Wildix white-label support package is available immediately.

Wildix is a multinational company that develops browser-based unified communications and collaboration (UC&C), hosted and cloud PBX, and voice-over-IP (VoIP) service, products and endpoints. Built entirely on WebRTC, Wildix Collaboration enables simple, instant and secure communications. In addition to being the first vendor to fully integrate WebRTC for direct audio and video communication support in the web browser without the need for software installation or VPN configuration, Wildix also offers the only browser-based WebRTC phone for audio and video calls.

Wildix UC&C can be deployed in the cloud, on premise or in hybrid environment, and are especially attractive to channel partners because they are easy to use, install and maintain. By virtue of its Web API, Wildix technology is well-suited for a number of vertical market and line-of-business use cases. The server-less platform liberates partners from timely and costly user installs.

Users can access Wildix collaboration tools from any location, using any device, regardless of the OS, and without having to install any components. The UCaaS suite boasts features and functionality including presence, remote desktop control, attendant console, file sharing, video conferencing, live streaming to Facebook and YouTube, and more. Ubiconf, the company’s flexible videoconferencing solution, is also based entirely on WebRTC and is accessible to corporate and public users with one click.

A unique value-added service that is ideal for contact centers and customer service, Wildix Kite also leverages WebRTC to extend UC to an organization’s public website. Not only does it show employees’ presence in their personal contact information, Kite also allows visitors to engage representatives via chat, voice, audio and video calling, desktop sharing and file transfer, all with just one click.
