SoundConnect has expanded its unified communications and collaboration (UCC) offerings through its agents and partners with the LYNC-UP Partner Program. It offers hosted Microsoft Lync business functions along with bundled SoundConnect tools and customer service/support.
Many businesses devote a significant portion of their budgets to deploying and operating communications systems, including e-mail, audio conferencing, video, instant messaging (IM), Web conferencing and telephony. Under the program, SoundConnect partners can wrap these into one comprehensive UCC offering, available in a cloud-delivered model to their customers.

SoundConnect has seen a three-year sales growth rate of 557 percent, and it announced recently Plum’s appointment. He is tasked with rolling out a partner recruitment effort, particularly for LYNC-UP.
