The Verizon Partner Program (VPP) has been updated to include an updated master agent model in the US, along with an expanded global resale model.
Originally launched in 2013, the VPP now comprises a global network of systems integrators, agents and solution providers. It is designed to give program members easy access to Verizon’s enterprise product portfolio, including an ecosystem of networking, machine-to-machine (M2M), advanced communications and security solutions.
Updates to the program also include simplified fees for U.S. agents based on total billed revenue, and expanded U.S. coverage resources.
“We are deeply committed to helping connect our members with the right resources to address customer needs,” said Bill Hooper, director of the SMB Partner Channel for Verizon Business Markets. “As our program expands, we felt it was time to take it to the next level. Our updated model enables us to work with customers as effectively and efficiently as possible. We view this as a natural evolution to our program, and an obvious step to help our VPP members and customers. This program was designed to respond to the way companies buy technology solutions in today’s marketplace.”
