BCN Telecom Appoints Channel Chief, Realigns Exec Team

BCN Telecom has announced the promotion of Michael Ginsburg to the position of vice president of sales.

Ginsburg will report to Richard Boudria, Jr., executive vice president at BCN Telecom. Prior to this appointment, Ginsburg was a sales director at BCN Telecom, managing a number of the company’s largest and most productive master agency sales relationships. In his new role with the company, Ginsburg will manage the company’s team of agent sales directors as well as the sales support organization.

Prior to joining BCN Telecom in November of 2013, Ginsburg was previously with Coast to Coast and TNCI.

The news comes amid an executive leadership realignment at the company. Going forward, the senior leadership team will be comprised of Julian Jacquez, executive vice president, Boudria Jr. and Richard Schmeling, CFO. These three senior executives will report directly to Dick Boudria, the chairman and CEO of the company. Additionally, John Kean, former president of BCN Telecom, shall continue to serve in an executive advisory role for the management team.

Jacquez will continue to be responsible for network carrier relationships, product offering development, margin assurance and corporate contract management. His role is being expanded to include the service delivery and repair support functions including the oversight of the company’s primary operations center located in Boca Raton, Fla.

Boudria Jr.’s responsibilities are also being expanded. He will continue to be responsible for the management and direction of the sales, sales support and customer service organizations, while assuming responsibility for the customer billing platform, internal IT systems and website infrastructure of the company.
