Broadview OfficeSuite Connector Integrates with Salesforce

Broadview Networks’ OfficeSuite Connector is now available on the Salesforce.com AppExchange.

OfficeSuite Connector integrates Broadview’s OfficeSuite Phone system with Salesforce.com, providing organizations with an enhanced view of customer and employee activity. It is also 100% in the cloud, remaining consistent with Salesforce’s “no software” mantra.

When a call comes into the OfficeSuite Phone system for a user of Salesforce, the OfficeSuite Connector immediately displays the details of the caller, giving employees access to both contact and lead details. While on calls, employees can add notes to contact records and log the calls. The application also allows employees to click to call any phone number or using the integrated dial pad within Salesforce.

The OfficeSuite Connector integrates with a wide variety of desk phones, cordless phones, softphones for Microsoft Windows and Apple Mac computers, and smartphone apps for iPhone, iPad and Android devices.
