Dell Technologies Introduces Dell Partner Program 2024

Dell Technologies introduced its new Partner Program, which is based on its plan to further grow and modernize its core business in 2024.

Noting greater collaboration between its sales team members and partners based on the traction gained by its Partner First Strategy for Storage (August 2023), Dell plans to build on its growth strategy by incentivizing new business acquisition, setting expectations and working hand in hand to deliver for joint customers.

The 2024 Dell Technologies Partner Program will reward partners with:

  • Higher profit potential for Dell APEX Infrastructure offerings.
  • Increased Client+ and ProSupport Plus earning potential.
  • Rebranding its Project Harmony professional services-focused delivery model as Partner ProServices, allowing eligible partners to integrate Dell Services into their branded offerings to help manage the entire customer engagement process and leverage Dell expertise.

“The Dell Technologies Partner Program is built on collaboration and trust,” said Unitech Rio Commercial Director, Ramon Hasky. “Together, we provide innovative solutions that directly address customer needs and help them achieve their digital transformation goals. They see us, partners, as an extension of Dell Technologies because we share very well aligned business values and vision. With Dell’s commitment to innovation, we’re looking forward to continuing to deliver best-in-class capabilities to our customers, together.”

The 2024 Dell Technologies Partner Program will investing in key growth areas that are aligned with customer priorities via three new competencies:

  • Data Science & AI Competency.
  • Edge Solutions Competency.
  • Sustainability & ESG Competency.

It will also further Dell’s investment in partner collaboration through a continued focus on Partner First Strategy for Storage, plus expanding server PoR eligibility and acceleration on a modernized partner experience.

This year, Dell plans to expand server PoR eligibility for New Business Incentive (NBI) server accounts when partners sell more than $15,000 in server revenue to one of these NBI accounts. The expansion of server PoR eligibility strengthens predictability of engagement for the data center holistically while rewarding partners for their investments and acquisition.
