Vice president of emerging technologies for TBI Anish Patel has announced the addition of a new subject matter expert to their Tech Guru team of solution engineers, architects and subject matter professionals—Scott Ward, who is a cloud communications architect.
Ward joins TBI with more than 30 years of industry experience. Moving forward, Ward will provide channel sales and advanced pre-and post-sale support for cloud communications solutions, working to help TBI partners grow their emerging technology businesses.
The Tech Guru Team enables TBI’s partners to sell more next-gen services and emerging technologies like SD-WAN, cloud, security, big data, AI and IoT. Patel and his team will work closely with vendors to identify next-gen products and create specific programs that TBI partners can leverage to elevate their game, going beyond just the traditional network sale to increase sales.
