Telarix continues its growth in Latin America as Tellza Communications Inc., owner of Phonetime, joins the iXLink Community to fully automate back office elements of its wholesale business. Tellza Technologies has selected iXLink’s price list receipt as well as dial code mapping to provide additional automation and increase efficiency and margins, says the company. Tellza joins the more than 3,600 in the carrier community utilizing iXLink.
According to Mike Vazquez, Tellza president and CEO, it was important to us to find a vendor that was able to work seamlessly with Tellza’s existing systems while providing the level of automation required.
“iXLink will allow us great levels of efficiency and additional protection of our revenue,” he said. “We look forward to growing our relationship with Telarix as they continue to find ways to further automate our business processes.”
