Arkadin, an NTT Communications company, announced that businesses can now deploy contact center agents on local cloud infrastructure in 15 countries across the Americas, Europe and Asia that integrates with Skype for Business.
Arkadin has worked closely with Clarity Consulting to develop the hosted Clarity Connect Contact Center for Office 365 global cloud solution. The service addresses the needs of global customers that are not currently supported natively in Skype Online, including IVR, advanced call routing and queuing , IM routing and webchat.
“Our customers’ global footprints continuously expand, as such they need a digital communications partner who can support their growth strategy,” said Zach Katsof, Arkadin’s director of unified communications. “We have a proven track record of success as Clarity’s largest cloud contact center hosting partner, and believe the only way to deliver the highest quality experience is to deploy end users in-region on an enterprise global network.”
Arkadin’s geo-dispersed local Skype for Business server pools, located in the Americas, Europe and Asia, are connected on a global network that enables deployments through a single domain offering local access. “As a member of one of the largest telecommunications companies in the world, our customers run on the most sophisticated global network with access to more local datacenters in more countries than any other hosting provider,” continued Katsof.
Arkadin initially struck a regional partnership with Clarity Consulting in 2011 to embed contact center functionality in its Arkadin Total Connect UC ecosystem based on Microsoft Skype for Business, with global phone and conferencing capabilities. Arkadin is Clarity’s largest global hosting partner for Clarity Connect Contact Center for Office 365 and the only partner capable of deploying O365 Contact Center in all global regions through local data centers that deliver quality of experience and local agent hosting.
Arkadin fully leverages the Skype for Business Operational Framework in alignment with Microsoft. Due to the native Skype for Business approach, customers can choose from hosted, hybrid or on-premise deployment options. Live, local end-user and IT-team support are provided by Arkadin to ensure a premium customer experience.
“Our alliance offers significant benefits to businesses seeking greater efficiencies in their contact center,” said Craig Reishus, director of business development at Clarity Consulting. “Arkadin’s flexible UC platform, comprehensive global network and managed services capabilities, and years of contact center experience, ensure seamless deployments and productivity enhancements that can transform contact center operations.”
